KOS Designs is Katelynn Warner Lewis. Originally from Southwest Virginia, she now resides in San Diego, California. Katelynn attended University of California, San Diego where she studied graphic design, with a focus on print and web design. After graduating she also began to explore t-shirt design and the art of screen printing.
As of 2013 her work consists of corporate design and sports marketing, working with the Los Angeles Lakers and Hilton Hotels among others as well as producing original screen print and t-shirt designs and creating custom invitations and stationary.
In her free time, Katelynn can be found spending time at the beach with her family, including her husband, their five year old french/english bulldog and the latest addition to the family (as of June 2013), their daughter Noelle.
